Services + *Pricing

  • Wedding Day-of Coordinator

    $1,000-$1,500 plus tax
    A deposit of $500 is required upon contract signing.

    • Meet and Greet, to go over event details.

    • Offering my Coordinating services, to help manage and organize all vendor information, timetables necessary, and general oversight of your wedding day.

    • A brochure/document with all vendor contact information, and arrival times of said vendors.

    • Up to 3 in-person or virtual meetings.

    • Phone calls, texts, and emails, all being an accepted form of contact.

    • I will be present for both your rehearsal dinner, as well as the day of your wedding at the agreed upon time in the contract. This is usually only begins 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date. 

  • Partial Wedding Planner and Day-of Coordinator

    $2,000-$2,500 plus tax
    A deposit of 50% is required upon contract signing.

    • Meet and Greet, to go over event details. This will also determine the total cost of your event price. 

    • In addition to what is listed above as the Day Of Coordinator, I will be present for some Vendor meetings as needed.(As my schedule allows)

    • I will coordinate food and cake tasting appointments as needed.(As my schedule allows)

    • May add additional in person meetings.(As my schedule allows)

  • Full Wedding Planner & Day of Coordinator

    $2,800-$3,200 plus tax.
    Deposit of 50% required upon contract signing. 

    • Meet and Greet, to go over event details. This will also determine the total cost of your event price. 

    • In addition to what is listed above as the Day Of Coordinator, I will be present for all Vendor meetings as needed.(As my schedule allows)

    • I will coordinate food and cake tasting appointments as needed.(As my schedule allows)

    • May add additional in person meetings.(As my schedule allows)

    • Will take your vision and budget, to book your vendors and make your dream turn into reality, so that you can relax and trust the process. (I have a list that I can provide you of exactly what I do for this package, in addition to what is listed above.)

  • Birthday Events

    $400-$1,000 plus tax
    A deposit of 50% of the total cost is required upon contract signing.

    • Meet and Greet, to go over event details. This will also determine the total cost of your event price. 

    • Planning and coordination of Birthday event. 

    • Assistance in organizing decor ideas, and the best layout of event space. 

    • Overseeing guest arrival and organization of gifts and or cards. 

    • 2 in-person meetings to go over event details, prior to event date listed in contract.

  • Special Events

    $500-$1500 plus tax
    A deposit of 50% of the total cost, is required upon contract signing.


    • Meet and Greet, to go over event details. This will also determine the cost of your event price. 

    • Planning and coordination of Special Event. 

    • Assistance in organizing decor ideas, and the best layout of event space. 

    • Overseeing guest list and arrival upon Special Event date. 

    • 2-3 in person meetings to go over event details, prior to event date listed in contract.

We are proud to offer a 20% Military and First Responder Discount to all those with a valid/active Military ID or serving as first responders.

20% Teacher discount with valid ID.

10% referral discount (with proof of referral from previous client)
 

*Prices are subject to change with increases in need of availability, errands that need to be ran, and items in need of pick up. These prices DO NOT include me purchasing additional items for your wedding or event. In the event that this happens, you will be provided a receipt, and reimbursement will be requested in the form of cash, check, or Venmo. 
*Prices are subject to a Consultation Call. We will go over your basic vision for the day, and based on what your needs are, will determine the entirety of the price.
